Well, I've always been a bit of an armchair scientist. I imagine I'll enjoy myself. A bit of background:
mid 30's, been using pheromone products for a number of years now (Love Scent, Androtics, that's pretty much it) but I'm interested in some of the speculation and experimentation going on in this forum. Seems to be the sort of field where people tend to clash a lot in the commercial sphere, so I am somewhat less comfortable with the future of various beloved products than I would like to be. This in turn leads me to an interest in what exactly is going on with the state of the hobbyist community. Reminds me a bit of the tech sector.

I tend to be able to wear a fair bit of Androstenone products but receive strong self effects from them so use them infrequently. I'm a fan of pheromones in social and work settings. I'm a fan of them in other settings as well, mind you, but I think that the sexual angle is investigated pretty fully by people so I'm interested in trying to find ways to apply pheromones to novel situations.

I'm in the southern US, very hot summers and pretty mild winters.
