Hi guys. I placed an order from Pheromone Treasures on Dec 17 2021.



In the past, I would receive an email from them shortly after the order receipt that inform me that my products were shipped.

Order placed on May 23 2017. Received email from PT that order was shipped on May 26 2017.




Order placed on Nov 25 2017. Received email from PT that order was shipped on Nov 25 2017 itself, the same day.




However, as I had not receive an email from them this time round regarding the shipment has been shipped so I decided to email them. First email was sent to them on Dec 30 2021. However, there was no response. Hence I sent another email on 4 Jan 2022. Yet there were still no response.



Any suggestions on how I should check on the status of my order?

Hi, I would just like to update.

I had received a notification email from PT that my order has finally been shipped. Seems that posting it on these board is the way to get a response from them. My orders placed in the past circa 2017 took me about 3 weeks to receive them. Now it's 4 weeks before the order was shipped. Let's see how long it takes before it reaches my place.

Dont waste your time again. Rather buy from Aromafero. Much more reliable.

Hello all.

I also placed an order of 2 products and I am currently waiting on any shipment update.
I was told shipping would happen today or tomorrow.
I’m a bit worried though because of all of the shipping problems & all that I’ve read on here.
Has anyone received an order recently?

Not recently but I've placed several orders through the years. The owner was a member of this community before he launched a product line so you are dealing with an entrepreneur here not a bigger company with a support staff.

I enjoy his products enough to give a pass on a hiccup like this from time to time.

The best company for lightning fast shipping is Pheromone XS. They never have these types of issues over there.
