Hello guys and gals, I've ordered some Grail of Affection and demanded for The Hookup sample. I got the package after a week really fast with excellent service. I mailed John as I forgot to mention that I wanted Goa with a bulb dropper and he responded to my email in roughly a day. I also got a little nervous as I was buying for the first time and it was taking a little while to process my order but John answered my questions patiently, after a while I got my shipping number in a mail. Received the package in a week. Everything nice, my Goa was in a linen gold sac, and I received also my sample of The Hookup in a little chest, the sample though had leaked a little bit but not too much to make a noticeable difference, the plastic had tiny drops of The Hookup, not a problem though ^_^ . Overall good experience from this company, I will probably order again.

Sorry but i have to disagrees..
I ordered some single molecules on the 16th.. and it's still Processing and not been shipped yet..
and yes i have ask them about it after 3days waiting and got answer.

It's true that they were taking a bit to process the order but I didn't have any other problems, and they happily obliged to change my order and put the specific sample in it. For me, it was quite fast, as it was shipped from America to Europe.

Hi,

unfortuanetly i have some trouble with this company. My first order from europe via paypal. Two GOA on 21.Feb. I got my order receipt and on 23. Feb an email with the info that my order was shipped via USPS. Got a tracking number and until today
it is only a preshipment info i get on USPS. I send an email to clarify but still no answer. Sent another via contact formular. No answer. I dont see any great service here. Money is paid and i can't get any infos about the status or why the order still not arrived at USPS. Any idea how to handle this now except opening a conflict in paypal?

my is on the way now, Mr. John send it on 23nd January,
I check my Tracking and it's in 2017-01-27 07:15 Norway, OSLO LETTER CENTER,,
5 days with USPS form US to Norway is not bad..

I'm live 6 hours away from Oslo, so maybe i get it today, if not on monday, since they don't deliver mail on weekend here in Norway.. but not stress, I'm happy that the package is on the way..

Nice to hear that! Meanwhile i got an email from John that it will be shipped tomorrow. So all is fine now. :-)

My complain so far has been getting in touch with PT. Unless John has been out of town. I sent a product to them for a simple scent exchange and have receive one reply so far which was a simple yes we can exchange for free just pay shipping . They have received it last Friday.
I have tried email, phone, as well as a message on here.
Gary responds to emails once or twice a day
AD, despite being the only product I have returned so far and apologize for that, refunded money in 3 days upon receiving package and stayed in touch the whole process.
PT has been frustrating so far.. Good products but customer feedback needs to improve
