Have any of you had any problems with shipping in Europe?It's been 40 days now and I haven't received my New Pheromone Additive.It must be a small packet, I only ordered a small bottle.I've never waited more than 30 days from USA, hell thundr's packet got here in 2 weeks!

The packet is unsigned, nobody can tell me where it is, I contacted Bruce and he said it's normal and I should wait.Any similar experiences?

When I ordered my bottle of NA, it took between 30 and 40 days. But I understand you may be worried about it :S I'd be the same.

Still haven't received it, after such a delay the will reship the order.It is an unlucky situation but I'm satisfied with the support.Bruce himself contacted me after I emailed them the problem.
I hope the second package will arrive before I leave for summer!

Lovescent to Europe can take a very long time indeed - And the longer it takes, IME the greater the chance is that its been intercepted by customs and you will get a hefty "clearance fee" and duty whacked on top of it.

The only consolation is that ordering direct New Pheromone Additive direct from Lacroy takes even longer. I'd completely given-up long before it eventually arrived.

It never arrived.The second left LA at 20/6, I'm gonna be here until 20 July so it's a tight timeline but I can't be unlucky twice.It should be here before I go.

I received the 2nd package a few days ago.I was right to insist because if I hadn't I wouldn't have gotten this on time.The first got lost apparently.So, service good and product good so far.I will review it later in my journal.
