Bottom line, I paid 13 USD to have NOTHING delivered. This IS the company's problem and if that concept is so hard to grasp, I suggest you never open an online sales-based business.

Furthermore, if you at one point in the future decide to buy pheromones online, it's certainly also in YOUR interest that companies selling to the pheromone community are held liable for any shady and/or rude conduct, wouldn't you agree? Or maybe you prefer wild-west snake-oil business practices in which it's always a coin toss that decides if customers actually RECIEVE any product they pay for..

I think wotan probably just lost his temper. I certainly never intended for this thread to deteriorate into a flame fest, I just feel like the customer rep at LPMP didn't leave me any other choice than to warn other phero users about this company.

I actually hope wotan gets a second chance, sometimes people lose their cool on the internet. I'm sure he wouldn't have called me a whiny little bitch to my face (I'm far too pretty, haha ;) )

Okay I've purposely stayed out of this. We do not want to perpetuate any drama. There is only one side being told here and for now that's how it will remain as we are not in the habit of publicly discussing problems with customers. But to the OP, I am the customer service rep. Not the one you dealt with, but the one you sent the email directed to Mara to. I just wanted to let you know that I forwarded that to her within an hour of receiving it. She does intend to write you back but this week has been exceptionally busy with New Releases coming out and a huge party at our B&M store. I apologize for your wait. I was coming onto the LPMP area to post a report when I saw this. I really can't believe that the owner would leave you hanging like that. Have you tried contacting her one more time? As a business owner I occasionally have issues with my emails not getting through. Nothing new from them?
