Might try your tissue idea kimosabe, but use a non-porous paper like baking.

Instead of tissue paper maybe use something non absorbent, like rubber or plastic sheet? Must make sure it's clean first though.

Isn't this skin bacteria thing kinda a crock? I mean, if the "bacteria eats my 'mones!" were true, all my euro dropper bottles would be fucked. They all still work just fine. So does my Bad Wolf sample, for that matter.

Maybe it'll contaminated if we apply on dirt or oily skin
Any vendor will suggest to apply on clean skin, it also mean a clean finger (if you use dab to dose)
so clean first before apply

So I wonder where roll on applicatyors fall into the bacteria-mone thing. Surely the oil mone liquid goes onto the ball which then rolls on the skin which then goes back into the liquid? Wouldn't this be the same thing as touching the dropper?

Good point. I don't have a good answer except to say my roller-bottle of Scent of Eros slowly turned yellow over time.
