I will say that both Ammo and L2K v.2 are excellent products however L2K is a very complex blend that will give you social and sexual over a period of time.

Many like to bag on AD due to shady business practices but IMO they still put out relatively good products (most of the time).

Just my 2 cents....personally L2K is great.
