So I'm not exactly new to pheromones, but I'm not the most experienced either, so bear with me. I've been using pheromone colognes for a few months now and do have a working understanding on how they operate. However, I keep coming back to one argument. Is it bad to use mones almost every day? I just purchased Aqua Vitae and have been wearing it all through the work week with nice results. However, in every thread I look in on the cologne in question, the same topic eventually pops up. Some say not to use colognes like AV everyday because of buildup, while other people cite that they do use them daily. Is it mostly people in their early 20's and lower that have the most to fear from this? Could someone please clarify which side holds more truth. If it helps at all, I'm 28 going on 29, and use a special pad and cleanser that cleans deep on my skin, which I bought mostly because I use mones. ha

i always take at least 1 or 2 days a week off from wearing mones, but it's really up to what i'm doing...football sundays are a day off from mones for me since i don't tend to go out to social places

if i'm not going out on a friday or saturday sometimes i'll skip that day too....i've been wearing very light amounts to work and it's usually a dress down type day so sometimes i'll skip that day if i don't have any plans that night

i'm kind of interested if ppl wear the same products every day, like you said you have AV and lets say thats your "work" mone, is that what you go to day after day and is that better? because i've kind of been mixing and matching different things during the week just to see if i can find something special....then get more "experimental" when going out for the night

It is important to have regular breaks using pheromones or you will eventually end up with fatigue or irritability.
You have to learn to listen to your body especially when you are a regular user. If you are planning to use pheromones at a particular social event I would not wear them for at least a couple of days before to recharge your mind and body before the event. Wearing pheromones when you feel weary is a waste of juice. It is also wise to apply your pheromones away from your face to reduce inhaling them all day long and suffering the negative effects of tiredness.

Many mones are resistant to soap and water as well, so applying them daily can result in a build up. I think I should stop using them for a while because I am starting to get irritable from it. I use bad wolf a lot more than I should because it works very well for me, and I really like the smell haha

Been wearing NA the whole week, alternate with Captain Fantastic from LP which has Heart Throb.Today I feel drained like I've never felt. My batteries are dead. It's just crazy how tired I feel. Don't know if it's just a coincidence or if it's mone related

I was wearing Wolf for about 2 weeks straight and started to feel run down. I normally engage in low sodium diets, and added some salt back in and feel good again. Important to recharge those electrolytes if you aren't
