I listened to the first cd for the first time today and it feels like I've been shot in the arm with focus and determination. It was very powerful. Right now I feel calm, yet determined and focused.

I'll stick with the program as you suggest, as I feel I could really need these type of changes in my life.

How have you been using it and how often? Cd1 for one week and then Cd2 for the rest of the time?

sorry but did i download the wrong thing because what is the cd everyone is talking about that is doing really good for them? im use to mp3's that last 10 to 30 minutes. how does this work? also is it possible that it could be 1 file instead of tons of files. thanks in advance

its 2 files

listen to cd1 for a week, then switch to cd2 for two weeks

after that you can switch between the two

the tracks are about 40 minutes each

listen right when you wake up or an hour before you sleep

its very, very, very powerful

where am i now? i hit these waves where everything is very relaxed and chilled, very alpha...

and then this BURNING DESIRE (seriously an understatement) overcomes me to do better and increase the quality of my life

you wont feel satisfied until you get to that next level

commit to at least 2 weeks and you will see what everyone is talking about :-)

I no longer experience sad, depressed days. I feel great. SERIOUSLY. Not one sad or depressed day. Nottthhiiinnngggg.

Negative things and negative situations are just moving away from me. I am verrryyy relaxed now and I seem to get things done very easily with least amount of effort.

I also notice I cope with stressful situations a lot better.

Amazing things are just falling into my lap.

There has been a huge but subtle shift in my reality.

It's de-programming years and years of gunk. Only the best gets left.

Think of it like when you start to massage a muscle that's been tight for so long that it got numb. As you begin rubbing it, it wakes up and starts to hurt. After a while, as you release the tension it learns how to relax again and starts to work properly.
