What hypnosis tracks or titles have you liked? Tracks with audible hypnosis tracks rather than subliminals is what I am thinking of.

I should mention that I have been listening to "Personal Ecology for Men" from Mark Cunningham for several days. Also have "The Sphinx of Imagination" in the que.

Most are not subliminals. Read the descriptions carefully.some are a combo where u can only listen to the hypnosis part and followed by subliminal. I Personally will skip the subliminal parts. I use headphones and that is how they recommend their products to be listened to.

I am going to be using some of the personal development regular hypnosis products from the link I posted. They are highly recommended and people who have used the erotic tracks reported they actually felt those experiences after regular usage and conditioning.

I have had a fair bit of experience with various hypnosis products
over the past five years. What I find is that most sites that sell
hypnosis recordings are kind of faceless. We really dont know who
makes the product and what their qualification and experience are.

Following guys are supposed to be really good when it comes to hypnosis

Richard Bandler one of the founders of NLP
Dr Lloyd Glauberman has special hypnosis tracks using a different technology
Hypnotica mentioned in the Neils book the game
Steve Piccus also mentioned in the game
Major Mark Cunningham There is a thread on this forum on his
product personal ecology for men.


These guys have various products you can easily google their
names and find them.

Collection of Confidence by Hypnotica was a really comprehensive product
on inner game and very good.

But these guys don't cover all the areas in life they mostly cover one niche
area.

I found Dr Lloyd Glauberman covers a more wider number of subjects
and his special technology HPP to be really effective.

You could also check out Paul Scheeles paraliminals which are similar
to above HPP but I always felt Dr Lloyd Glaubermans products were
more effective.

There was a special for a package on Resilience. $1.00. I thought it would be a great opportunity to test HPP, or Hypno-Peripheral Processing.

In short, two stories are told - one in each ear, so headphones are required. The two stories are told so that, when mixing, a message is submitted to the subconscious mind.

Wow, man. I was OUT. I thought I "woke up," on my own, but then just as I was more aware - the two stories ended, and then the two-ear instruction was back. So I was induced, out-for-the-count, and brought back by this HPP system more deeply than I've experienced with hypnosis. It was cool.

I felt like a million bucks afterwards, from the sheer relaxation of it all. I was in a funk prior, and this got me outside for an hour long walk immediately following. Even cooler was when I was looking at my sleep stats from my Basis Peak watch. It tracks sleep. I usually take a mid-afternoon nap ('cuz I can), and it differentiates between light, deep, and REM sleep. My naps, and even meditations, are always logged as "light." I listened to the HPP program for about an hour. What's cool is that half of that time registered as REM.

Can't wait to continue this for the next month or so.
