I'm curious to learn what the overall consensus is for pheromone usage. Do you use them every day? Just for special occasions? Or other?

Daily.

Vendors and Posters are always sending me mixes to test. I thoroughly test everything that I am sent.

Also every once in a while I squeeze in my own tests with new single molecules

I wear pheromones about 5 days a week on average. Before I found The Love God I was probably about 3 or 4. Even when I am testing new products, I always try and take a day or two off in order to keep the self effects fresh.

Mostly just weekend nights. Once in a while on a Thursday night if I go out and once in a while on a weeknight if I go on a date.

To add in my usage:
I tend to wear pheromones 5-6 days of the week as i am learning and experimenting.
I'll usually take Sunday's off, but not always.

Since I found religion in the Love God, it has been my go to pheromone and the others have sat in LPMP shiny bags awaiting their new turns.

I try to use for 5 or 6 days, then take 2 to 3 days with nothing. It seems that after I allow my natural mone signature and test levels to reset themselves, that is when products seem to work better, both self effects and for my targets.
Sometimes, due to travel or other circumstances, I'll go for 20+ days wearing mones without a break, often with several daily top ups. At the end of this, I feel saturated, almost burnt-out.
I believe that the risk of saturation or burn out increases if I use the same product or combo for too many days in a row. Rotation helps.

It used to be daily, when it was "new and fun." But, it never seemed to affect my wife, so I stopped and only used on occasions I had a special target or location in mind to test. Now, I've noticed my wife is indeed affected to certain mixes, so perhaps 4-5 days a week. I will also use mixes to lift my mood if not feeling up-to-snuff.

4-5 days a week. Always at least 2 days in a row mone-free each week. And I alternate daily between the heavier hitters (NNPA, Love God, etc) and the subtler ones (GOA, L2K, etc.)

2-3 days a week since several months. Before that, it was every day. I'll probably go back to that when I replenish my arsenal.

So far it's been every single day for me. I didnt initially plan to on my two days off but I absolutely love what bad wolf does for me with a tiny smudge under my nose before the gym on those off days
