I stumbled upon pheromones many years ago when I was trying to get an edge in the corporate world. At that point it was used for interviews and corporate environments.

After I realized "this stuff works!" I began to expand my collection, still only wearing on certain occasions. Since Feb of this year I discovered this forum and re-upped my supply from vendors outside of AD.

Since Feb it's been 5 days with my daily combo, 1 day rotate experiment other products/mixes and 1 day off.

It used to be almost everyday, but now it’s fairly sporadic, with special events and maybe just for shits and giggles.
But do plan on getting back to close to everyday. Just waiting for TLG to finally arrive(damn living in the most isolated city in the world!!!!) and will start playing with that, while I decide what to experiment with next after that.

5 days per week with at least one day off during the week and one day off on the weekend.

In those days its mainly testing new mixes unless It's a special occasion then I go back to what has been proven effective.

I do mon, wed, fri, sat.

The breaks help to keep perspective. If i were working 5 days a week and had an active social life on weekends, I'd probably be wearing 6 days a week.

When I first started I would wear them 6 days a week. Not 3 or 4. Sometimes with none the second day hits are just as strong as a fresh application. Also I I can now better judge what a product is doing by having more days off to compare to baseline.

6 days a week really. I do take an occasional 2 day break. Once in awhile I'll go 3 to 4 days with no phero but that's like once in a bluish red moon

Couple times at work + every time I go out socialising.
Try to ensure I break for 3 days back to back every week or so. Will actively attempt to break for more if possible.

I worry about the psychological dependency.

Whenever I visit social locations - bars, parties. I try to take breaks of a few days, because I notice strange mood swings from various pheromone mixes... haven't figured out which ones these are.

I agree that psychological depency is possible. I remember a time when I would not leave the house without mones on me. At times, I would even return apply some when I realized I had forgotten them. I'm much stronger now. Kinda (lol).
