I didn't speak to him over the phone but in my order I said I am looking forward to being a customer again and to be back with AD, and to send out my l2k v2! So he must of read my comment in the order... Certainly before cancelling it..Certainly before refunding it.. No verbal talk, but I have no reason to believe he was unaware.

Wow...I thought I was clear with my question.:

So you got a refund and your order canceled. Then you jumped on here with this thread. Without contacting Alpha Dreams to find out why? Is that how it happened?

OR, did you reach out and try to contact Alpha Dreams and inquire (that means ask) about why your order was canceled and you were refunded BEFORE writing this thread?


I know I would have contacted them and waited for a response BEFORE writing all of this...jussayin'
If they decided to not respond, then that would be explained here.
Seems like you may have had a knee-jerk reaction without even finding out why it was canceled or if it was a mistake...

You have a point.... however...

All is pretty much said and done now...so I don't care

Having the time of my life with Apex and other reputable vendors so I'm not concerned.
