I ordered on November 17th and my order from the other side of the US arrived today, November 27th - 10 days. USPS tracking said it got delayed in transit too.

No leaks, everything is tightly packed and came in perfection condition with a free sample of Orbital.

It's been 5 - 7 business days since the order, albeit minus thanksgiving, and a weekend on top of that since the order.

No paypal data that I can see.

It's been 3 - 5 days since I sent the email to their customer service.

Have not even gotten an order confirmation from thundr.

Thundr is very busy, but he does deliver. Per my previous experience, one of the reasons why he delays shipping out an order is because he is finishing up some additional products which he will include in your order for you to test them. Don't worry. Your order will arrive. Just check for info from paypal from time to time.

Recently, I had another good customer service experience with thundr. And I am now waiting for my ultimate test pack to arrive.

I received dispatch info from Paypal and tracking info from USPS. Thundr dispatched my order within the hour after I placed my order. This is indeed great customer service. Maybe he should change his name to Lightning lol. Thanks Thundr!

Ordered my on the 20 nov got it on the 29 plus I got a free sample I ordered M3X and orbital.Super happy with the package and the way it was packed. 10/10 for shipment I Live in the UK.
