GABA

Anybody testing GABA? Did 20 mcg of PEA and 8 mcg of PEA last night. Felt good, seem to last longer than PEA by itself. An interesting observation: 45 minute after first application did another another spray of GABA (4 mcg spray). The effect of PEA seem to come back. GABA seems to be suppling something, definitely doing something.

Do you mean GABA, aka gamma-aminobutyric acid? It's the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. Also, you said 20mcg PEA and 8mcg PEA, but I'm assuming one of those was supposed to be GABA/GAMA.

Edit: Okay, cool. You fixed it. I wasn't trying to call you out. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't confused.

I had considered trying this, actually. I was in the supplements section of Whole Foods and noticed that they had GABA. I think they might also have glutamate and a couple other neurotransmitters, so maybe I'll try those as well.

I use to take GABA in pill form for some time now. I take 500-1000mg before sleeping or when i need to relax during the day. It's very effective.
