I've ordered from TCS and thefragranceshop. TCS makes good replicas and is way cheaper than TFS. I've ordered Acqua di Gio replica from both. Didn't dilute the TFS-one, but the TCS one mixed with alcohol smelled pretty close to my original. IMO go for TCS.

Did you test it against TCS or TFS scents, maryellen? Or is this advertising? I mean posting a good review + a link for a company with your first post naturally makes me suspicious.

The same from Hayward Enterprises was $ 9.99

And from The Fragrance Shop $134

The Scent Wizard was the cheapest which passes a shadow of a doubt concerning their quality into my mind.

And with the most expensive from TFS coming in at $134 for 1 oz and being far more expensive, i cant help wondering if this price is somewhat of a rip off . . . hmmmm

I just got in a pack of 5 generous samples in roller tubes from Hayward for $20 shipped.

The first one I gave a full day of wear was Burberry London. Comes on spicy and cedary and works its way down to a sweet leathery spice. Reminds me of YSL Le Nuit. In short, it is exactly what Burberry London should smell like! And, a care-free application about the wrists and neck has lasted a good 8 hours. Projection could be a little better, but that seems to be the nature of fragrance oils, and prevents me from being cologne guy, so I'll take it.

I'm very happy with the quality of this first fragrance from Hayward! I'm not sure if tomorrow I'll wear Egoiste or Tobacco Vanille...

I placed a pretty large order with The Common Scent and have been pretty impressed with most of the things that I received from them. Most smell pretty close to the original of all the colognes that I currently own or have used in the past. Very cheap for the amount that you get as I am thinking in the summer time I might try more oils to prolong the diffusion as it gets very hot and humid where I live. I also like to play around with making my own candles from time to time and a few of the scents I think would make a nice candle or two. I also plan to blend some down with everclear and see if they have decent longevity in the hope of creating more to go applications as well.

Today I wore Chanel Egoiste type from Hayward. The staying power on this one is much less; three hours later I can smell it only faintly on my wrists. The final phase of this scent actually smells quite similar to the last one. Hopefully it is due to similarities in the fragrances themselves, not poor quality as indicated by idle at the top of this thread.

Of the 5 scents I got from Hayword, there were 3 I liked. I hated the roller balls, so popped them off, but then found when dabbing the scents that odd top notes seemed to dominate. In Tobacco Vanille, for example, there's a kind of green tomato smell that covers the nice tobacco and vanilla notes if you apply more than a small amount. I found that decanting some of the oil in alcohol and using it as a spray helped a lot.

The Hayward scents smell nice, but a little stripped down I think.

I want to try some from Common Scents soon to see how the quality compares.
