I just got my first order from XS today. It came really fast! I purchased a large bottle of Cohesion. SteveO included a personalized note, two samples (Flirt and FXS scent), and some candy! Very cool to see someone go the extra mile. It's the little extras that count.

You can depend of Steve for fast dispatch. However, when you start using his products, you will find that fast dispatch takes a backseat to the excellent quality of his blends...or at least both should rank up there at "number 1 reason why I patronize PheromoneXS."

Indeed, not only excellent products and fast shipping, but the fact that he actually is willing to make custom blends for his customers (I know this first hand) is what really sets him apart, not many other vendors do this, if at all.

Also, forgot to add:

I wanted three empty 10ml spray bottles but forgot to add them to my first order (the Cohesion). I went ahead and made a second order of just the three empty bottles, not thrilled with the idea of paying $4 shipping on a $6 order, but resigned to it. I mentioned in the notes I had just made a previous order and if they could bundle them in one package that would be great. Not only did SteveO bundle the orders, but he refunded me for the shipping on the second order. Something I had hoped would happen, but wasn't expecting to. That was the icing on the cake

Thanks BigMatt and everybody who joined in. I still like to think of pheromoneXS as my little hobby but its quickly morphing into something bigger. Its my ambition to offer the service and dedication my parents instilled in me to do in life, whatever the course might be. You play by the Golden Rule. I guess because of that my little hobby is growing in leaps and bounds. I promise you the company structure will not change, ever! First priority is orders out the door, emails and phones. I hired Kate D to assist with the emails now so I can continue to focus on the things that make everyone happy.

I still have my hand in the emails though and personally read every single one. I might not have the time to respond, but I'm in on them. I'm working on freeing up time for telephone calls more too now. Its getting busy, but in a good way. Exciting things are happening here.

I've never seen a peppermint charms pop but wasn't too bad. The glow stick was kinda cool once I figured out what it was haha. And thanks for the little bottle of odyssey. I'll have to think of some creative ways to try the sample

Yeah I couldn't resist those pops. I'm a sucker for those little peppermint candies so when I saw them in that form it just made sense to buy them. I bought a few bags
