As a sidenote is 7-KETO-DHEA safe for WOMEN to take? My SO whose 46 wants to know.. I am hesitant to put her on it until I do a trial first... However, it would be beneficial for any women reading this to know if its healthy and what the optimal dose is for women.

Also I hear it is great for fat loss too from the reviews I read.

Yes, it's perfectly healthy for women to take, unlike DHEA.

A-1 may not have an equal but you guys ever try using P96 in it's place? I think guys that suffer from the very bad depression using A-1 may find P96 to be a substitute. Great buffer for Androsterone and Androstenone.

Any thoughts?

I find that P96 works differently in the presence of androstenone or androsterone.

When used as a standalone, I get bad anxiety. At least the two times I used it. I feel like that may be different now, but that was my experience at the time.

When used with Androsterone or none, they seem to buffer its crushy effects. It's not as attractive. But P96 also buffers Androsterone and none in a big way, so the combination has its uses. It's pretty awesome stuff actually.

Dienone has more negative effects on men, too.

Very interesting, P96 with Androstenone always worked like a charm as well with Androsterone. Luckily I don't get depression from A-1.

Ever try using a-1 on the back of your neck?

Yes, like I said, P96 with Androsterone and none is pretty amazing. But it diminishes the power of the P96 somewhat. P96 solo I great crazy hits like A-1. You can see my journal near the end for more elaborate reports on this. Try 10/25, 10/26, 10/27, and 10/28

I've always considered P96 a perfectly viable substitute for Androstadienone . What is it that you find missing from P96?

If you notice, in thread above, Dr Horrible says he pops a 7 keto only before days when he takes a heavy dose of Androstadienone .

He doesn't take it everyday.

Anyone see an advantage in using it daily (I do hear some reports of faster metabolism and weight loss) as opposed to only Androstadienone mone days?
