i'm trying to decide between ESTRATETRAENOL or PREGNENOLONE, what would you recommend?

also, i'm getting them from alpha-dream, but i have had no experience with single molcules - what form should i get them in, and in what concentration?

I got neno from AD 20 mcg per spray and personaly i dont like it i mean it def hit others but puts me very sad so if u get it i suggest a low dosage.

i dont have EST...

I also don't like the self-effects of a high neno app. Makes me spacey and nervous. Hits on others are great, though. I've seen extreme mood boosts and chattiness on some girls from it. It's a very strong molecule. Also wearing neno, AV and Androstadienone was the only time i got opened by a girl in daytime.

Yeah actually Dbot was the reason why i got it,but he also said somewhere that 20 mcg is too much,and i have seen other people gettin great hits from it so i think its worth a try

1. Alpha dream is great, but if you're willing to do a little work and don't care too much about precise dosages why not just BUY pregnenolone from a nutritional company and get a near-lifetime supply for 15 bucks? Buy a graduated cylinder and mix with some 90% alcohol. Filter and go.

2. I prefer neno to EST, but EST is nice in mixes. Neno is a possible stand-alone (though it mixes nicely with Alpha Androstenol. You should use more Alpha Androstenol than you usually would with a neno mix IMHO) if you get EST, don't overdo it. It makes people helpful, but guys respond by being more dominant.

I was just about to ask about this. I get this effect (guys trying to be more dominant) when I wear a lot of TL. I haven't really tried low doses (1-2) sprays of TL yet, but I plan on it. So far though, the cons outweigh the pros for TL. Guys trying to be more dominant gets really annoying. For example, I'll be walking with my friends, and no matter how hard I try, I always end up in the back. Stopped me from wearing TL for about a week. I might start up again with lower doses and see how it goes.

I'll never understand why people want to wear so much of these things. Pretty much every product and molecule I have ever tried worked better in low doses than in high doses.

It's hard to resist, we always think more is better; "If I get a response at X amount, then X times 2 of it will be bananas!!" I'll readily admit to going overboard at the start of my use of phermones.
