Hi guys, I've been seeing this deer antler thing appear now and then in this section and I'd like to find out more. It sounds a little too good to be true, but then again, we're all in pheromones so...

As you guys know, I'm from Asia. I have access to as much deer antler as I can afford.

Its being used here mainly to treat fevers and restore the yin and yang balance in one's body. Detractors say the compound that deer antlers is made from is actually the same as our finger nails and our hair, however in Asian medicine, its pretty obvious that deer antlers definitely works. I'd like to know if anyone tried making their own homebrew or of knowing of deer antler in its pure and original form and possible uses topically especially in exercise, recovery, fat loss and libido

Sound like snake oil. Most supplements just piggy back on the latest popular product. Make outrageous claims that can never be verified. Not to mention the latest thing supplement companies are doing is using real steroids.

I have used it on and off for about a year now. I will say that when I am hitting the weights pretty hard it does seem to speed the recovery time between heavy sessions of bench, dead lift and squats. I tend to cycle it on and off, but so far I will say that I do see a difference when using it.
