I made my first order on Oct 3 but i didn't see it on my account order page (until now), which mean it's not processing yet.
Try to contact PT via contact page, gmail and PM on this forum, no response.
Is PT usually like this?

Wait a day or two. There's no customer service center like big companies have. If it's on your account orders page, it'll probably ship in a few days. 3 - 5 business days is my rule with Apex and Pheromone Treasures. Liquid Alchemy is usually within 24-48 hours. PheromoneXS is 24 hours unless it's a customized order.

I second this. Same here. I've ordered from PT as well as Apex. Unfortunately they run on their own like a small business. So it's hard for them to answer all the emails right away. Give them a few says. The package will arive as soon as ur local postal service can get to ya.

I ordered GOA on Nov 28th and haven't got a confirmation that it even shipped yet.

I have ordered Captain spray and oil, Alpha Treasures, The Hook Up, Swoon in the past and all have shipped and came lightning fast.

I was wondering how I could get in contact with John since I had no luck getting in contact via the PT website.

Has anyone experienced this? I love PT and they usually have excellent customer service.

I'm sure he was back logged. You're get your confirmation tomorrow probably. I got mine the 30th, it will arrive the 8th. I opted for free shipping this time so I'm ok if it takes a little longer than normal.
