49 days outside US, there could have been so many things that have gone wrong, customs etc. I believe those to be outside of PTs jurisdiction. Yes the tracking outside of US lacks, but again outside of PTs jurisdiction
I shipped stuff to my home country and have also saw no tracking when my package crossed the border. So really depends on the country (mine is considered third world according to eBay haha)

Everything you have mentioned is really not PTs fault in my humble opinion. Only thing I might slightly agree is John is somewhat slow on responding to emails with questions or returns. I believe he does those himself but leaves out of state/country often so whenever he gets back he takes care of it.
For orders I remember reading somewhere he has someone come by every day to ship the orders. Maybe he should get someone to take care of returns / exchanges as well or to answer basic questions

Just received my unscented swoon. Took 5 days to get to Canada ... pretty fast !

You do know why it arrived so fast......Because everyone loves Canadians, eh.

I pretend to be from Canada when I go to Europe.....And people seem to better respond to Canadian DL1 then American DL1.

When I had a question to PT, I got an immediate response when I contacted John via PM on this forum. For those that aren't aware, he goes by the name of bonadzz. If you look on the homepage of this site, you see that he has been on this forum just about everyday when you see the list of users who have visited within the last 24 hours.

I didn't wear pheromones during my trips. Maple leaf shirt and a pin on my bag or backpack.

The problem is that real Canadians would ask me where I was from. I would say something cryptic like "I really love Toronto". I do, by the way, but they would assume I was from there.
