Timing is everything... When I plan to wear my Creed Aventus I usually spray/apply it an hour before I meet someone - I usually wait for that drydown/mid-notes.

What about for pheromones? When is the best time to spray/apply for self effects and before I meet people? How long before does the pheromones take effect for myself and others? I know alcohol spray works faster and project louder than oil, but oils have better longevity. Is there a difference in terms of applying if its alcohol spray compared to oil?

Here's a case in point/theory: If ever I have a business meeting I usually spray Wolf an hour before so the self effects kicks in. And if ever I was to layer/add something to Wolf like M3X or Voodoo before a date, I usually spray/apply 30 minutes before I meet someone. So if ever I have an 8pm date that will last 4 hours, 7pm Wolf spray (so the Wolf self-effects will kick in) then 7:30pm M3X or Voodoo... Does that how it work?

What's your experiences in terms of timing? Is my theory correct or I just apply everything all at once 5 minutes before exposure?

My concern with your method is that you are kinda kitchen sinking it and its hard to tell what is going on. I try to mix what I am wearing at one point about .5 - 1 hour out and just forget about it. If there is a reapply much later I might do that but overall I would not over think it. Its not a miracle in a bottle...

How long after using mones do you apply perfume?

This depends upon the product. For example, BW is almost immediate, whereas Manimal2 takes up to 90 minutes to reach its optimal point. And some products such as Evolve or ETFZ are dynamic; they diffuse different parts of the mix at different times after application.
