Hello all,

Lately I've noticed that using alpha mones many days in a row makes me anxious and a bit depressed. Is there any way to counterract these unwanted side effects while continuing usage, or is taking regular breaks the only viable option here? Does the alpha impression stay/strenghten even while taking a breather?

Ive heard to take breaks. But I wonder if well... your not used to the new signature so you become this way.

Which alpha mones have you been using? It is the fight and flight response because your body is sensing that you are around a very alpha signature. Garry from LAL suggested to try wearing it at lower parts of your body, for eg knees, and try wearing it higher and higher as you get more and more used to it.

You can lower the dosage or take a break,
Personally I use alpha mones for a day and take a day off the next day (+enjoy the day after effects)

A314 and Captain most recently. I also think it really is some kind of a reaction to the new sig that hopefully passes with regular usage.

Haven't heard Garry's tip before, got to try it. Thanks.

I usually try to take long, extended breaks from mones. It allows your batteries to recharge.

Garry from LAL states Alpha mones tend to make the weaker gents anxious at first but as time progresses, into more manly studs.

Give yourself time to adapt to alpha mones.

We've all had cases of anxiety with heavy mone products the first several times using them.

Gary at LAL seems to think you need to build up a tolerance to Androstenone. Not sure what he thinks about the other alpha mones.
