I've read that True is good at fixing their "oops!"'es, so this isn't a hate post. It's just it seems like a lot of people have items they ordered switched with something else, and now I can join you. I got my order in and was missing True Love out of the total of three items I ordered. Instead, I got True Instinct, which I'm a little curious about, but don't want to open should I have to send it back.

Bummer, too, because TL was the one I was really looking forward to trying. Ah well. I've sent them an email, so hopefully this'll get straightened out soon.

Send them an email, they will most likely tell you to keep the TI and send you a bottle of TL. I've heard of them doing that before, and it's good customer service. You could also include a picture of your order as well as the shipping information that came along with it. I remember a few months back I had a question concerning the singles I ordered and they had me send them a picture of what I recieved.

They will fix the mistake and quickly. It's unfortunate that they seem to make mistakes on half their orders. I think they need better people in their packing dept. Sending out double orders is costing them money.

True Pheromones .. does not only have copied the leaking bottles from Androtics ..

they seem to have copied the order problems as well

honestly .. each second order í´ve made i had to write to Mickaelia or they contacted me ..

missing items .. leaking bottles .. wrong items ..

please guy´s at True .. don´t take it too serious in becoming like Androtics ..

Yup, same here. I ordered 2 bottles of True Alpha and 1 bottle of True Instinct. I receive my order with a packing slip listing what i ordered. Now counting to 3 is pretty simple math, yet somehow they could not get past 2 when putting the products in the box. Therefore, I, just like Pago had to make a call. Mind you, that call was a few weeks ago, yet still waiting, imagine.

Been 24 hours since I emailed and no response. Had this been a weekend, I would have just figured they were closed. Now the frustration is starting to knock at the door.

Although this may not be true, from what I understand I believe they only have one person in charge of emails. I am not sure if it is a guy or a girl but they'll get to you soon I am sure

Got True Love today, and a free spray True Instinct.
That was rather clever of them cause I have been curious of that one too.

The mail to my country was EXTREMELY fast, same as the last time.

When I got True Alpha some time ago, it was a free spray there too.
The coloured condoms are the wrong size they do that on purpose to elevate my ego.

True Pheromones have been perfect with me, twice.
