I have placed two orders with them and I haven't had a problem.
In my opinion, fairly quick.

Now perfumesample.com is another story.
They created a label two weeks ago and still haven't shipped my order of testers.

Re-upped my Apex stock with recently.

I ordered on June the 29th (a Saturday morning) and received my order (plus some generous samples) on July the 6th. From order to my desk that's 8 days, but includes 2 weekend days plus the 4th of July Holiday; so that's pretty darn fast.

2 of my bottle had extremely minor leakage. The spray nozzles were covered with blue tape, then capped, and the bottles were put in a ziplock bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap and taped closed with packing tape. The blue tape was saturated and there was a little bit of liquid trapped under the caps. Like I said, very minor, and the careful packing minimized any problems that might have happened in transit. I only mention it here to show that the forethought put into the packing ensured that my products arrived 99.95% intact. since I also do lots of e-commerce I know that once it leaves the building it is at the mercy of the handlers and shippers; so kudos to Apex and Thundr for making sure that my purchase arrived safe and sound in spite of the shippers always treating packages like hockey pucks.

Overall, for customer service, speed of delivery, generosity of samples, and packaging (really digging the new bottles and labels) I give Apex a ten out of ten, like always!

Now which one of these wonderful 5 products do I test out first?
