I usually pay with PayPal. By doing so, PayPal sends me a shipment notification complete with tracking number.

Last time I ordered, I didn't get any shipment notification. Order showed up about 6 days after ordering. This was a couple months ago, paid with PayPal as well.

I guess you need a paypal account to see the tracking. I paid using my credit card (no paypal account). Only got a email receipt and order number. No tracking number. Ive emailed Apex twice but no response.

Maybe more of You have problems with APEX? Maybe someone can answer who ordered and had problems with replies, orders etc.. Or maybe who ordered and got the product without problems.

I know that APEX founder had health problems, also I can see that the website he planned to launch few months ago is not finished.

Give it about 1-2 weeks. I got a second email with a tracking number and then the product came a few days later.
