Anyone do PE?

I got a traction kit from X4 Labs about a month and a half ago. I've been inconsistent though, not doing it every day or not long enough. I'd like to start doing it daily for at least 4 hours. I also plan to do clamping, too.

Anyone else do PE? If so, what kind of results have you seen as far as length and girth?

Also, I've been taking the vitamin E supplements that came with my kit, but I think a B-complex supplement with folate may help speed up the process, as folate helps facilitate cell division. I just ordered some from Amazon.

I started researching PE around 2009, and then tried nearly every device/routine on the market. Here's what I learned:

1. Successful PE is almost entirely dependent on healthy androgen levels, and there is a direct correlation between penis size and higher Test. (on average).

2. The reason that nearly everyone in the PE communities fails to see significant gains is because of low-T/high-E, which keeps the penis turtled instead of a normal full flaccid hang. Basically, as soon as you finish your PE routine, your penis starts to retract negating all of your work. Then your EQ starts falling, and the rest is history.



3. There are no magic devices or exercises. Basic jelqing + healthy androgens = more length and girth.

Extenders: Purchased many different types, and never saw any significant gains, but I do think that wearing it for 6+hrs each day for years might increase length. Unfortunately, that 's just not practical.

Clamps: These are the most dangerous devices used in the community, and can cause some nasty short-term damage, even if you're careful. Also, they're no better than your hand, but your hand is free.

Weights: Again, you would need a ton of hanging time to see any real results, and the injury risk is just too great.

Hydro-pumps: Bathmate and Penomet don't appear to create any long term gains, but it can be a fun novelty if you want to see a bigger cock in 20min. The guys who experience small gains are usually using it on an ongoing basis to keep the pumped look, or seeing an improvement in ED.

Air-pumps: basically same as hydro, but less safe.

Silicone sleeves/other: Designed to retain flaccid length while sleeping. A fast way to destroy your EQ.

4. Most PE vets use Viagra, which is not a good sign.

5. The largest gainer that I've seen pic-proof of is a guy named Ronielle who achieved it with Chempe (direct injections of ED drugs to induce a near-priapism) + jelqing.

Once you get to a point where you have sexual function like when you were a teenager, then add jelqing. Done and Done!!!Mrgreen

All-in-all I gained nearly an inch, but also sustained several injuries that luckily healed over time. But the biggest problem in the PE community is that there's nothing to sell because your hand is just as effective, so they have to build these myths around devices, which is just begging for injury.

I've heard jelqing works too, but it takes years, and I've never had the patience to go through with a daily routine.

I've mentioned this before somewhere in the forum. I'll repeat.

Sleep naked and avoid anythin jolting inbetween ur legs while sleeping. In other words, let the NATURAL blood flow go to ur penis NATURALLY. Am emphasizing them words cos theres no other AVERAGE way to increase ur penis functionality. And u're LITERALLY doing it while u're sleeping. If it's cold, cover urself with a blanket in a way that the blanket won't interfere ur groin area. In other words, if ur penis wants to stand up, let the fucker stand up without ANY resistance.

Wear boxers. AVOID briefs. One of the BEST advices me dad gave me. Let ur penis hang lose and let it do it's thing. Ever since we thought that we need to cover our gadgets, we invented this STUPUD idea that we need a freaking underwear. We don't. We need the penis to hang lose. Let the fucker hang lose. Ya can't do it with briefs. Ya can only do it (UP TO A DEGREE) with boxers.

If u're up for it. Go commando. Seriously!!! Especially when ya go out. U get a boner AND other chicks see it while they're drunk. Who the hell cares. It shows u're fertile, u're healthy and ready for some action. Just wear a damn condom when ya DO get some. The whole commando idea was actually one of the chicks I slept with. A few years back, after we done the deeds, we wanted to have a few more drinks. So we went out to grab a few drinks both underwear-less. And I got a boner again when I was with her in the pub. The attention I got in that pub was,,, let's say pleasent for me and she got jealous. Smile so yeah. Be adventures. Be creative and for above all reasons, have a bit of fun. Smile

I've done it on and off but it needs too much dedication.Very good points on testo.I personally think it works on some degree.

What do you think of silicone sleeves?They prevent turtling, your tool gets used quickly and learns to hang by itself.

DrChocolate the problem with going commando is that you wil get sweaty and then you need to wash much more frequently your trousers, which is not practical and tears them down.Underwear is a matter of good hygiene I believe.I'm with you on briefs vs boxers.

I don't have any loose boxers, all of my underwear are like this:

theLaw, thanks. I will have to try to raise my T levels I guess and make some lifestyle modifications. I do notice sometimes it will retract afterwards, but sometimes it will stay at a longer size for a while. I am already doing intermittent fasting, so that may help. And I need to get back on NoFap and start eating better and lifting to raise my T levels.

DrChocolate, you make a good point about boxers. I'll have to start wearing them. I usually wear boxer briefs and wore briefs when I was young. I do have a mild case of Peryione's and I wonder if briefs caused this due to the restriction and bending of the penis during erections. Peryione's is one of the reasons I got the extender.

Probably the best thing I can do right now is to lose fat. I've gained about 40 lbs in the last year after surgery and have noticed more fat around the base of my peen. There's probably a good half inch hiding behind all that fat lol.

The problem with any type of sleeve (silicone/medical wrap/plastic) is that it would need to be worn 24/7. But, if you were to do this, then it would impede your erections while asleep, which is a fast way to lower your EQ.

Having said that, the guys who have rock-hard 100% erections like teenagers could do this with no problem because their erections are stronger than the sleeve/wrap. But that would also indicate strong androgen production, hence my first bullet-point in my post.

Again, get a natural baseline with optimal androgen production, then add exercises.Mrgreen

I would start with jp90 on pegym. It takes time and there is not scientific evidence that it works, that's documented, but from personal experience you definitely can increase the size of your unit. How much time does it take? Depends on the individual. Be safe!

Am with ya on the hygiene.

Looser the boxers, better IMHO. But too loose becomes baggy and that's too much. Something inbetween is perfect for me.








The boxer trick and the sleeping naked trick won't make ur tool big over night though. I forgot to mention that. It's more of a life style ya need to acustomize urself in order to gain the size over a long period. I've been doing it ever since I was post puberty and am genuinely happy with the results. Boosts up me ego too TBH. And when the ladies say it too, it DEFO has a significant deal of confidence in me.

Oh yeah mate. Heavy lifting and H.I.I.T. avoid long cardio.
