I placed an order back on the 12th of February for several items, checked my paypal account after three weeks and found a notice of delivery on Feb 28th and here it is March 15th and nothing yet. I have sent two emails and neither have been answered, I understand it is a small company, but come on, customer service always should be a priority.

that's why I won't order from her, every single person i know who has encountered a problem (of which there are many) says it's the worst possible customer service. There are too many good companies to have to accept that bullshit.

Yes, and I was looking forward to trying Tiger Juice and Feel the Love, but I am sooooooo not feeling the love from Paradise 7 at all

I am scared to order from them because no one has posted on their forum in forever and most of the blends are being discontinued. It's like a ghost town. Then I hear people are having trouble receiving their orders. Sad because I wanted to buy Tiger Juice. Has anyone else ordered from them lately?

What makes it even more discouraging is that someone had to post the delivery notice onto paypal, but that was now 19 days ago, I think packages can get to the moon and back in that amount of time. That and no response to several emails which included the paypal transaction number and the USPS tracking number that has no information when you try and track with it is frustrating to say the least.

Not necessarily. If you print a shipping label from PayPal you can have it automatically send the payer a shipping notice witht the tracking number, and that does not mean that the package was actually shipped, just that the shipping label was purchased.

Ah, OK, I guess that is what happened, because I enter the tracking number and it brings up no information. Oh well, time to just contact Paypal and request a refund to my account I guess.
