I already tried emailing on three occasions, honestly I just entered a Paypal dispute claim and will just wait on a refund. Slow is one thing, but six weeks and no response is a poor way of doing business no matter how small the company. To many other great companies on here that thrive for customer service to wait any longer or ever give this one another try. Actually since this is happening to many people on here I would think the link to the companies web site should be removed so no one else goes through this same thing.

Agreed. If you're not prepared to sell products, you shouldn't have them up for sale on your web site. Six weeks is unacceptable.

We would be treating the company unfairly if we were to do so, regardless of what we may or may not personally think of them.

And, that would go against PheroTruth principles. However, member reviews and opinions speak louder than company websites, and you folks are doing a great job of letting the world know who is and isn't worth sending your hard earned money to!

I understand and yes I am sure that word of mouth can either help or hurt you in any business. I guess my thought on taking down the website of a company that obviously does not care about business anymore is due to the financial constraints some might have. Thankfully, a 150.00 order for me not getting filled is more of an irritant about wanting to try something and not getting customer service verses the me back in college where that same order would prevent me from purchasing something else from a reputable company. But I understand the parameters of the forum and in this case and many others with this company, the free market will work it out and sort out the good from the bad in the long run.
