I recently ordered another bottle of NA. I requested a sample of OD. To my surprise I did not get OD sample, because obviously it would be a big challenge to ship out a sample of. I paid for Express shipping on this order.

I received my package with two samples of Dirty Prime to test, along with a hand written note apologizing for not having OD and also stating they they knew I would like DP.

I never used DP before, and it is now getting great reviews. Based on the products I have purchased from LAL DP is a perfect fit for me and how I use their products.

From my perspective I assume they looked at my order history and sent me two samples of something I would love to use.

The shipping was excellent as always, and they sent it in a USPS Express padded envelope. Those you must order from the USPS online store and most people do not know they exist. It makes the package much more secure. It also was packed in bubble wrap and density foam, meaning unless someone threw a weight onto these they were not going to break.

I am once again satisfied with LAL. Great products and great customer service.

LAL's service is amazing. My email inquiry was responded to within 24 hours, and my recent order reached me in NZ 6 calendar days after I placed my order.

Six days, $2, versus 2 weeks at $25+ via FedEx/International Express. Extraordinary indeed. Thank you for the sample Garry by the way.

Must agree with this, ordered some stuff lately, and I made a lot more requests than usual including asking for 2 samples (which I usually only ask for 1), Garry delivered though and it was awesome

I have to agree to this as well. I usually add some custom requests onto orders and LAL always accomodates.

They have top notch customer service.

If you only looking fair good product and bad service you might consider XS...just my experience since i'm overseas and they have bad service for overseas customer.
