Has everyone sent product through Fed-ex into the US been charged 25 dollars for bringing the package across the border? That's what they want from me. They say it is not a duty fee, but a fee for bringing the package through customs.

They are sure trying to shove it up where the sun don't shine. If I want my order I have to pay it. I'm not real thrilled since it took them a week to put a notice of attempted delivery on my door. When I signed it and left it for this morning they came and left another one and noted on the old one too "COD 25.00. I called them and asked if it was customs and they said no. After going around and around they told me it a fee for bringing it through customs and it was a charge fed-ex charges for that service. I asked them to bring it later and they told me in a not so nice way "that's the service you paid for, you should have paid more for better service", than hung up on me. Where I live (95008 area code) it is hit or miss even getting them to deliver packages. The last time they delivered it to the wrong street. It took 3 days and multiple phone calls for them to pick it up from the wrong house and then deliver it to the right house. I'm not happy with them.

I had the same problem with the german duty, afterwards... They would 50 € extra for the duty...

Fedex sucks all the way... It's a hustler club...

I told them I would pick it up at the nearest Fed-ex center. There were many people in Kinkos and I was loudly asking why I was being charged 25 dollars extra for shipping that was already paid for in total. They would not give to me in writing that it was for going through customs and I started telling everyone in the place they were going to be paying c.o.d. extras for items already paid and shipped. After 25 minutes they just gave me the package and told me to leave. Didn't have to pay the 25 after all. True Pheromones went to bat for me on this also but could not get Fed-ex to budge either. They were very nice and offered many things to make up. True Pheromones did their part 100%. Thank all of you that worked on this and dealt with me.

it sucks what happend good thing u were able to resolve it... the part of you talking loudly was pretty kool
