After 25 minutes they just gave me the package and told me to leave. Didn't have to pay the 25 after all. True Pheromones went to bat for me on this also but could not get Fed-ex to budge either. They were very nice and offered many things to make up. True Pheromones did their part 100%. Thank all of you that worked on this and dealt with me.
