I would suggest Titan. It is respectfully intimidating without the aggression of straight androstenone, in my experience. It seems to suggest a very strong and powerful individual whom it is best to just comply with.

Reminds me of a PC game I used to play a long time ago, called "Neighbors from hell". It could give a few suggestions how to treat disrespectful neighbors.

it only comes in a spray right? because that's what I'm looking for. something to diffuse fast when I have to see them in the backyard or wherever

Yes. It is a spray. I have it in Arc scent and while it may not be everyone's cup of tea, I find it to be a pretty refined scent that works well whenever I've worn it.

When you’re negotiating a deal on a new vehicle.

When you’re at a venue with a date and want to keep the vultures from hitting on your date.

I haven't tried. I thought the new website sold A314 at least? I have been gone for too long. Feels like I missed a lot.
