Pluto is in Capricorn until 2023. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and exhibits the qualities of a hard taskmaster. Very different from Sagittarius (Pluto was in Sag. 1995 - 2008) which is more about growth, expansion and innovation. Astrology might seem too out there for many people, but this is after all a forum where people believe that a few molecules inhaled can somehow draw a woman's attention to you from across a crowded room Wink If one looks into it carefully, one finds some reasons to believe that there is something there.

So, in any case, this shift away from delighting customers towards being dependable is very much in tune with the more general spirit of the times.
