Hi,

It is known that androstenone may evoke aggression from other men.
If it affects men negativley, shouldn't the self-effects be negative as well?

When I wore mones for the first time (it was AV/Nude) I started getting panic attacks and pains in my chest because my body wasn't use to the amount of androstenones in the mone. But my body became use to the 'intimidating' effects from the mones by using tiny doses for about 3 days, and my body became accustomed to the mones eventually

AV, for me has a very amplifying self-effect. Which makes it the perfect pre-workout mone. Two drops 30 minutes before I hit the gym and I'm ready to run through a brick wall. At first, I wasn't paying attention to how testy it made me feel, but after a while, I became self-aware of this effect.

At two drops, I didn't notice too much frogginess from other dudes, but when I 1st started out, I was going with crazy dosages, like 4+ drops. THAT caused edginess from other guys and "road rage" from myself. Two drops minimized that, while still whipping girls' heads around in my direction.

Strong androstenone products like AV, AM and Evolve will do that. You just have to be aware of it's self-effect so you don't end up spending the night in the graybar hotel.

I have transferred my AV from the standard roller ball packaging to a bulb dropper a while ago because the roller ball had started to jam no matter how many times and how clean I would clean the roller ball, but after swapping to drops instead of strips, I don't really get any self effects as much as I use to compared to using the roller ball. =\ Anyone else experienced this before?
