Why not both? Seriously. Why not use the pheromones to assist you as you work on the self improvement?

There are several phero blends that'd work with that but personally I like Alpha Treasures, TITAN or as odd as this sounds, Swimming With Sharks. It's intended as a work blend but it seems to attract women who like guys of high status.
