No I dont think he is in forums but Trust me, he will get back to you. When I reached out to him, It was the same thing, Had to wait few days. but then he contacted me.
BTW How are you contacting him? There is a support ticket system on his site
Did you initiate a ticket?

I am contacting him through email that is in the Contact Us section of pheromonesperfumeandcologne website. I did not see any ticket system there. When I write to the support@ email.... he replies through garry@ email. And I replied him at the same garry@ email. May be I should try the initial support@ email.

Maybe, a revamp of website or some other shop. I am assuming that someone is tempering his business by raising concerns on his paypal account. This can be a competitor or a client.

Luckily, I bought my HS before this. Thus, am on safer side for few months. Next time, I will try to stock up stuff. Delays are definitely bad.

I don't know why he doesn't have all his stuff available on his Amazon storefront for times like these.

Charges , 10 or 15 percent per product , can't remember exactly. One of the posters mentioned this previously

Garry used to participate on the forum, but does not anymore. I think that is wise, as many forum-vendor conversations can go sour. I'm also sure that he is up to his eyeballs in work, as he is trying to resolve the merchant processing while also keep his business afloat.
