hello pherotruth ! i was lurking for a while doing much research and decided, wth, yolo, ect... might as well post here before making my first buy. this site has a lot of knowledge in it and i would love to learn more!

OK stat sheet of me (hey it might help):

who am i? : 22yr old white male, very balanced, have big heart. half decent looking, in medical field. in bay area, around SF a lot.

goal : dating, not too much pressure, but open and would like an Long Term Relationship.
some congruence with my natural self and/or to compliment it too.
something like: "I'm a gentleman who's good but I'm a man."
confused? look for who I'm targeting below

may game plan is:
get some CERTO, ALFA MASCHIO, instant shine, and maybe alpha314.

cause I'm thinking of starting out with certo+shine,
then getting the big guns alfa and a314.

getting 314 + shine and the other two later.
(not made of $$$ but i have what i need)

so guys/gals, am i doing it right?

but I'm open to comments ill probably get them later this week around sat.

Instant Shine works well. Certo is certainly an option or just get Glace + androstadienone and add the androstadienone in when you'll be spending some alone time with a girl. Don't underestimate the utility of socials.

I'd say someone as young as your self, intelligent, verbally articulate, looking for young women and looking for a relationship especially should be careful with the Androstenone heavy products. I've worn Androstenone heavy stuff around friends and ODed and when they see me at a party a month later they avoid me. The stuff has some of the most negative, relationship-damaging OD effects I've seen. Yes, you can get respect hits. Yes, it has its upsides and is probably good for trolling a club (not where I hang out, but it makes sense.) It's also something capable of doing more harm than good if you get too much, and you'll need less than most guys. The newer Alfa Maschio, L2K, seems geared towards a younger audience and probably more along the lines of what you're looking for than the older version.

I've tried A314. I'm not a big fan. I think it's way overpriced.

Well based on your age, as well as your interests, etc. you may consider Nude (not Alpha), as well as OD comes off social initially , possibly Wingman Black and/or X22.

as33156 is definitely a champ, therefore I can totally appreciate your following his thread. Read, Read, Read.... So much valuable advice/suggestions available.

So, you're a white guy who's into Asian girls huh? Works for me, an Asian guy who's into white girls, specifically blondies.

Your questions, answered:
1)It being summertime, even by SF standards, you should probably opt for silicone fastburn, since it shouldn't burn off as quick as the alcohol version.
2)Paco Rabanne 1 Million. Yes, it's strong, if you go over 1 full spray, but check it out at your local department store. This is a MAJOR compliment generator, and it should go over real well with the Asian gals (not that I care, BTW).
3)If your primary targets are Asian girls, then you need to add Nude Alpha to your glace + Androstadienone , to produce as33156's "falling in love" trinity combo. I've read here and there how NA appears to work on the Asian gals. Plus, you need an alpha product to balance things out. Asian girls into white guys are into them because they AREN'T beta like they assume most Asian guys are (and they are, you know). So you don't wanna give off a solely beta vibe.

Good luck, plenty of Asian girls in San Francisco... duh!

Awesome.

You picked a good time to get androstadienone as a single molecule, too. Chris just got a new synthesis which is 99.9% pure (old synthesis was 99.5% pure.)

I've never tested a molecule at different purities, but it's supposed to make a big difference. So they say. *shrug*

I'll second the light silicone Glace, especially in the current heat.

What you've picked so far is a great start, really. Give it a run. See how it goes. After you get a feel for it try out some other stuff.

Other considerations;

1. AndrostAnone as a single molecule. It's better as a single molecule because different people need very different doses of alpha stuff. You probably wouldn't need much. It can smell bad so requires a cover scent, and can be intimidating. But it's better for relationships than Androstenone. You can probably do most of what you want with what you've bought so far, really, but playing with really tiny amounts of Androstanone and adjusting till you get just the right amount may be something you want to consider if you're being experimental. It's educational, at least, to see who reacts to what in what doses... you learn about your friends. ;-). Maybe experiment in the .1mcg to 1mcg range depending on the person/situation with less for people who are younger or less sexually experienced or comfortable. Better to under-dose than OD, you know?

When I first started out, I went a bit too heavy on the alpha stuff in the wrong situation and regretted it. Those molecules are a lot more precarious. Androstanone is one of the safer of the alpha molecules. You can test it out this way and see what it does for you.

A fixative will help if you're making your own mixes. DPG, polysorbate, or monolaurin works for that purpose.

2. Since nols evaporate first from a mix, you may want to consider a refresher mix. alpha nol + beta nol + 7keto DHEA is what I use. 7Keto DHEA is dirt cheap since you can buy it as a supplement. I use ~5-10mcg. 7Keto DHEA will make you more approachable and less intimidating, but doesn't seem quite as infantalizing as DHEA. While there are some downsides to being less intimidating, being non-threatening will be better for making new friends and talking to strangers.

3. There are some really awesome other molecules, but currently most are hard to find. Molecule D from Round 2 of Chris's testing, for example. Androsterone Sulfate was being tested out recently. That's hypothesized to be the secret ingredient in Instant Shine. Alpha THDOC is one I just ordered... Those are newer and a bit more experimental, though.

Pregnenolone is a kind of anti-pheromone. You can buy it cheap as a supplement. While some people use it as a pheromone with very good results for more sexual mixes if you find yourself ODing on nols (getting sleepy, say, or unfocused) you can dab a very very dilute mix under your nose. (I don't know exact dosages, but 5mcg -30mcg should work.)

If you are going for the Asian ladies my falling in love mix maybe the best option. AV gets me dirty looks from Asian women. Wolf could work well also. If you have a pinch of game. Start a journal!
