Hey guys.

As of now I havent acquired witch hazel nor peroxide, which I heard were excellent for pheromone removal. I take daily showers however and so ive been wondering how many days until after an application could I apply again? I have taboo for now. I am planning on putting some for school this monday and the last time i did was last week but i'm unsure if its a good idea. If anyone would like to share their methods of removal that would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Just lather up some soap on your application point and rub it with your hand or a washcloth for 5-45 seconds. Shouldn't be a problem with such a mild mix. Get witch hazel if you start to feel lethargic or depressed. It's cheap.

$13 for Thayer's Witch Hazel and high-quality organic cotton balls will last you about a year with regular use. For now, just do what NP17 mentioned.

Good old fashioned soap and hot water will do the job just fine. Washing-off is only really a problem if you have been putting Pheromones on pits, crotch or hair - you may need a particularly long, hot and vigorous scrubbing session to shift them - OW!

Also tea tree soap is very effective in a similar way to witch hazel and costs next to nothing in the stores round me.

Also, your fears of build-up are overexaggerated. 1 spray every school day should be fine.

I have used both alcohol and oil based. Just take some soap/body wash and scrub the hell out of your app points. I haven't had any buildup so far.

I just use a bar of witch hazel soap. Seems to work well enough and it smells good.

How do you guys use witch hazel?
Like soap/shampoo or like a lotion?

Apply to cotton balls or squares, scrub app points.
