what's up everyone. I'm pretty new to all this. Playing around online and bought myself a bottle of AV and then decided to research it. Lol, backward approach I know. From what I have read I think it might have been a good choice. But I'm not 100% sold on pharamones. I'm 27, caucasion and I have decent game. I've never had any real issues pulling in beautiful women, but thought all help is appreciated. I'm 6 foot tall, athletic body. I use to wrestle and play football, now I fight amature mma. I mildly resemble dirks bently, but have had women tell me I look like James dean when I get off my harley. I have read up on dosage, but still not 100% percent what I should be noticing. I did the same thing when I first started with Pheromones: bought a couple of products, found they really worked, and dove in.

Actually that's not quite true, I bought my first phero around 15 years ago, after seeing an ad in a magazine (Yep Athena), it did nothing for me and I blew the whoel pheromons thing off as a scam for years, then on a whim I tried again several years ago. I've been hooked since.

Anyway, you did pick a good product to jump in with. If you have any questions just jump in and ask.

Hi there welcome to the forum, dosages are typically unique to the user and his/her aspirations. Hence why its recommended for new users to start off low (for AV 2-3 inches) and work their way up until they get their best results.

I recommend to start off with a standard dose to see some nice effects quickly. For AV go for like 7-8 inches at first. Personally i almost can't overdose on it. I can put on lots of it. At high doses girls may get emotional/aggressive but still be totally attracted.

Thanks for the welcome folks, walking into this entire pharamones ordeal has me curious yet apprehensive to what is a hit due to the product and what is a standard hit. I feel as though I am a moderate alpha to begin with and get double takes from women without product, so sometimes its hard to tell if its the product or not. But the first time I tried AV, I got gas at a truckstop with a long line, and a truckers swore I was infront of him and proceeded to talk my ear off. Then this middle age female cashier turned her nose strait up and started sniffing. Thought that was hilarious.

I've used pharamones since Friday. Blind and wet behind the ears. As for training? I'm not sure what you mean
