Its my first time ordering from them and I must say they are really on top of things. They shipped out the produ ct with a tracking number within a few hours of placing the order. Prior to that I emailed Gary to ask if he could include some samples for me, he responded promptly.

Just now I goofed and thought I was overcharged because I didn't the USD vs the CAD into account. I emailed him before discovering my own silly mistake (14hr work shift), and he responded within 5 minutes saying he's looking into it.

I am extremely impressed, and if anyone is thinking of purchasing from LAL just know service e won't be an issue.

This hasn't been the case for me.. I ordered a bottle of wolf on May 26th and its now June 10th and it still hasn't arrived.. I used to get my orders within a week, now suddenly this?

LAL has some great products but their shipping speed is satisfactory not great.

I would email Garry man because I ordered something on 6/10 and it arrived yesterday, 6/15. Really quick turnaround, considering it's coming to the east coast from Hawaii. Something doesn't sound right. Did you get a confirmation at all, did your account get charged? Maybe it just didn't go through at all.

Yep, best to email LAL and find out. Lately, many are reporting problems with USPS so it might be stuck at a postal distribution center somewhere.

Actually I did email Garry.. My bottle of Wolf finally showed but it was by June 11th or so. Satisfactory service .. yes...
