That would depend on your gender/ethnicity/country of origin

I was actually sick of people calling me skinny hence i did what I put in my display picture Pheromones aint a fix for that part of my life (Gotta quote Rattlesnake though: "why gym when u have mones" haha but we are all different)

I was a skinny one for most of my life too. But over the last two years I worked out like crazy and put on 30 pounds!
Currently at 170lb (77kg) -- still thin, but much more substantial.

That is a legit question though.
Your height should be more than 1.75 if you are a male.

I think the appropriate answer would depend on how tall you were previously.
For exampl, the appropriate height of a 22 yr old would be found by multiplying their height at 21 by a factor of 1.0

I don't think there is much hope of changing your height at the age of 22. Unless you get hormone therapy. But i don't know when your growth plates fuse. I was full grown height wise when I was 14.

What you might ask is what is an average weight/BMI (body mass index) for a 22 yr old who is 5'8" or 6'0".
