I was searching through the forum and ran into some tip Terry gave about the application method of mones...
I'm looking for it now and I can't find it.

What is the best method to apply the mone? The way I do it... I pour a drop or two into my palm, and then with my index finger I tap the pool and then rub it over the application point.
Should I rub it ? or just tap the area only once?

I have to roller ball applicator for AV. I throw my 5-10 inches on than i slather it around my neck, under my jaw line with the insides of my wrists... So i have 5-10 inches distributed decently evenly between those spots.

I like to keep mones off my hands cause A) I want all of my apps actually where they are supposed to be (neck.wrists) and B) Caused Id wash my hands and loose whatever was there. Plus you dont want to get that stuff in your mouth if your eating. Its gross.

I have figured out a good way to apply my AV.
Get a good pair of latex gloves. Or you can use those finger protecor things (they look like tiny condoms).
1- put on the gloves
2- Roll out enough AV on your pointer finger until the whole length of your finger is covered.
3- Then rub on your neck just below your ear
4- Repeat this process for your other ear

The latex gloves prevent your fingers and hands from getting the mones on them. This way all of the mones go to the application spot and there is no waste.
