so for the first time purchasing lal products I got sent the wrong order. I ordered AV from Amazon and got sent nude alpha phermone. I just emailed Garry and told him about the situation. while I'm waiting for him to get back to me, has this happend to any of you on here before? how does this work you ship him back the product and once he gets it he sends you your order ?

Yeah thats never happened but that nude aplha is some good stuff, i'd keep it. Garry takes a while to respond, but he will get back to you. The only thing is you might have to pay to have it shipped to HW via usps. Fedex doesn't deliver to p.o boxes

I once got sent the wrong dropper and Garry sent me the correct dropper, including shipping free of charge.

Since it's not your fault, LAL should pay any extra fees incurred, in this case shipping back the NA. It also wouldn't surprise me if he lets you keep it.

I won't say what Garry did to my inquiry when he sent me the wrong product as I do not want to set a "standard example" but do not worry, Garry's customer service has always been phenomenal.

Guys when i click on the link for lAl website here from the forums page it takes me to a link that uses “phermonesperume and cologne” on that same website i click on their facebook page and from that facebook page it links me to a whole different website. This time the url has “liquid alchemy labs”. Which one one is the legit site?

Both are legit.

lal-mones.com and pheromonesperfumeandcologne.com are the same site, at least for the front page.

If you click on any link from lal-mones, it will take you to pheromonesperfumeandcologne domain.

I think lal-mones.com exists just because it's easier to type out.
