Well folks it seems like Androtics hit pay dirt and was sold to L'Oreal.



I don't know how I missed this but it's incredible, I'm wondering what this means for the future of AD. From Brian at AD all this should be final by the end of the year.

I'm guessing after the acquisition, AD will no longer be and L'Oreal will take the molecules and make them go mainstream. You guys think that AD is pricey wait until L'Oreal gets a hold of the recipes and infuses them to their product line.

To be honest I don't know what to think but who ever the partners are at AD will be living on easy street for a long time to come!
