I went on vacation a few weeks ago had a great time. I debating on where to go in October’s any ideas? I have a week to take and I would like to keep myself in the USA, or Bahamas/ Jamaica.

Have you done the fall foliage tour of the NorthEast? We tried to do that past 2 years but wasnt able to.

You can stop a whatever city you like and just take your time and relax.

Well, within not all that much driving distance you could head up to Gatlinburg, TN, which is a really cool quaint little town and tourist trap at the base of the Smokie Mountains, then trek just a little further up to Pigeon Forge and spend a day at Dollyland. On the way up or back you could also hit Lookout Mountain in Chatanooga, from which you can 7 States.

I am in Hollywood, FL now and spent $1100 for 1 week that included roundtrip flights, full size rental car and a very nice Motel on the beach. I open up the front door and the beach is right there. I could not be happier especially for the price I paid. You mentioned the Bahmas, so something like this would be inline with what you mentioned. I used Travelocity for the package.

Thanks for the advice I will check it out, I might go to Hawaii next year, and visit Gary from LAL and pick his brain a little bit.
