I gave an order from androit 20/02/15.I paid for mones and cargo.Three days later I gave a different order and I paid for mones and cargo.The question is Why I gave 2 different orders?.If I had gave the orders at one time I would have paid a single shipping fee.The answer is If you place an order which is more expensive than 100$ from abroad in my country(Turkey) you have to pay tax.
But they combined my different orders and sent buy one cargo.
Then I wanted to get back to one of the shipping fee.
But Mickaelia from Androtics Concierge said''None of this really matters since your package is being returned to us from customs.'' and She did not do anything?
I have 2 quieston.
Why did Mickeaelia say that?
Am I right in asking them to give me back one of the shipping fees?

I opened new thread to their forum twice but they delete the topics.

next time leave it longer between orders so you make sure you get separate orders, that way you don't have this trouble, it's a business perogative to save money where they can if it makes them more money... they should have contacted you or offered a refund but it's not obligatory... good customer service is harder to find these days... but on saying that, my experience with them has been ok.

sorry to hear about what happened... it's a customer's experience that determines their opinion of a company and they generally never buy again from a company that they have a bad experience from...
