I want to add my own scent to the unscented pheromones I purchased is there a particular ratio that I should use or can I just top it off with my own cologne shake the bottle then its all good.

The only thing to consider is how much whatever you're adding will change the dosage. Adding a couple of sprays of cologne into the bottle would give you a very light scent and wouldn't change the dosage much. Filling a half-empty bottle the rest of the way with cologne would mean it took 2 sprays to equal the dosage of a single regular spray.

What´s important to consider when mixing your own cologne with some mones is that in most colognes are some fixatives ..

so you should try first spraying on the unscented mone on your skin and cover with you cologne ..or vice versa ...

if the effects are o.k. ...

or better mix a small amount of the cologne you want to add as a scent with your mones and apply and then you´ll see how good they are working with your cologne
