Ok Aura and Alien are on order,. The online buying experience is per functionary compared to the more lavish customer service of other vendors Part of the attraction is the lack of descriptive labeling, which may help reduce losses to overzealous customs officials who think they are intercepting injectable steroids apparently ......
so far the tracking numbers are only available to canada, so forward planning is impossible ,,,,disappointing. Dont they have DHL in New York?

I hope things get better so we can place the second part of our order.

Congrats on your order! Don't worry about tracking numbers too much. Many of us here have had our mones shipped through USPS and have received our packages in a timely manner. And USPS is the most cost-effective shipping solution on offer.

In cases of lost packages/customs seizures, most vendors, including HAX I believe IIRC, have come through with suitable arrangements, to the satisfaction of customers.

From what I've observed so far, USPS First Class mail takes about 14-15 days and USPS Priority International mail takes 6-7 days to reach me here in Southeast Asia. Those time schedules are pretty much bang on for all the shipments received to-date.

we really liked our first run of products >
a follow up order was made , but siezed by customs , apparently nol products and pheromones are now illegal to import into Australia .
The sad part for us is ,that despite 3 emails to hax ,we have received no answer , we didnt want anything,just recognition that our hundreds of dollars were gone .
I would have at least expected a warning posted on their website , or a plain version ...but nothing.
Buyer beware I suppose, pity I was hoping these guys were different .
